What do you do when you drop your expensive graphing calculator is on the floor, irreparably damaging the outer casing? Well, because it is not made from recycled paper, such as a clock , you can either buy a new or salvage companies in the intestines and install a new cabinet made from machined aluminum. That's exactly what University of Iowa student industrial engineering "Howard C." did that cost him $ 50. And although the calculator new housing could be a bit bigger and heavier than the original, certainly the next time it is knocked to the floor the only think that breaking it will be Howard's toes.
