Touch Technology is often assumed with  gadget. But now in our daily life a touch-technology doesn’t always belong to gadgets.

Well, a touch technology kitchen faucet is now available. A property company named Delta Faucet has produced a faucet which is operated with a simple touch or snap anywhere at any part of the spout or handle. The design is named The Pillar.

The Pillar design is integrated two-function, pull-down spray head which can be switched from stream to spray by a click of the diverter button. The interesting thing is, the spray head in the faucet is completed with a magnetic closure system, so it will keep our kitchen from dousing.

The Pillar Faucet also integrated with a special seal technology to ensure the anti-leak water delivery, and able to dismiss contact with potential metal contaminants. The touch-technology has included an automatic water flow shut-off after four minutes if the water is left running with no activity. Water flow and water temperature is all controlled manually with handle.

The Pillar Touch-technology faucet is available in chrome for US$495 or stainless steel for US$547.
